Information You Submit
A search typed into a sponsored search box is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates it and is governed by that provider's privacy terms. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. If you send us a message, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and message text. Messages are kept as needed to reply and are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required. Do not send Social Security numbers, medical data, financial account details, copies of identification, or sealed records through a general message.
Automatic Technical Data
Servers and service providers may record routine data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and approximate region. Cookies or similar tools may remember settings, measure traffic, support advertising, or help prevent abuse. Browser controls can limit cookies, though some features may then work differently.
How Data Is Used
Information may be used to operate and secure the site, answer messages, understand page use, diagnose errors, improve records routing, measure advertising, and comply with legal obligations. A message about an Allen County booking does not make this site the custodian of that record, and we cannot change a government file.

Links lead to Allen County offices, Kentucky agencies, courts, news publishers, and other outside services. Each destination sets its own privacy practices. Leaving this site means the destination's terms and policies apply, including when an official request is submitted under the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 et seq.

Requests concerning a sheriff, jailer, police, court, KY DOC, BOP, or ICE record must go to that office because this site does not control those files.
